THE COURAGE TO HEAL - by Ellen Bass & Laura Davis
Perhaps the most comprehensive resource for survivors of Child Sexual Abuse. As fat as a Bible, and no doubt treasured as much by many survivors around the world. It covers practically every aspect of understanding and healing from CSA.
The book is helpful for helping to deal with difficult past events. You do have to work through some pain, but the suggestions and exercises are helping.
